Staying Motivated in 2020

Within 2020 there's been a lot that has happened and it has been hard to stay motivated....

We all know how tough it has been with COVID-19 as well as many major events that had happened just this year, not only just in the United States but Worldwide!

Even though these have been tough times,

Staying motivated has been crucial to taking steps to move forward in your everyday success...

The real question is where does all this motivation come from?

  • Routines!

  • Meditation

  • Relaxing

  • Focusing

  • Setting New Goals

Making a Routine:

Creating a routine will get you motivated to make a list of what to do. When you know what to do you can add more and more to your list as well!

As you keep adding more you will be able to manage your time better and deal with stress much easier as well.

Being able to do more during the day and finish all that you need to get done will allow you to either add more to schedule or reduce your schedule to less.

You get to be your own boss and choose yourself!

Meditation:

Meditating can benefit if done daily as well!

Meditating is a great way to calm down and relax. Whenever you get to meditate it will calm your nerves and relax harmful toxins from your body.

Relaxing:

Relaxing throughout your day will give your body the break it needs.

Make sure to take 10-15 minutes atleast out of your day to just breathe. Or even take a walk or just sit and calm down.

This will reduce stress, and anxiety. Keeping you free from the pains of stress throughout the day.

Focusing:

Staying focused on the daily basis and staying consistent towards a goal that you want to achieve will bootstrap you onto your way to a brighter future.

While focusing on school and all the hectic activities that go along with it, staying focused and crushing your goals is crucial to becoming the person you want to become after school!

Setting New Goals:

Setting new goals can be confusing for anyone depending on how they truly think.

Questioning should I make a goal that lasts for a week? A month? Maybe even a year?

This sounds like it may get a bit stressful but you seriously shouldn’t over complicate things too much. It’s easy! A very simple concept but it is hard to understand.

You set goals for short term, medium term, and long term goals. Does that make it easier? Why settle for such a small portfolio of ideas when you can take the dreams and ideas of your creative mind to life the second you set your new goal.
