Leadership

Taking leadership can necessarily be a tough thing for some people, but to others, it’s like they know it from the back of their hand. I face this every single day and it starts from the second I wake up. First thing in the morning every morning from 6:30 am - 7:30 am I will make my coffee and I will immediately get to work. I find that every single day of each and every single one of our lives is greatly affected by the things we do on a daily basis. The more consistent we are the more results we will see coming out of our lives! To be a good leader you need to just not care sometimes as well! You can’t be stricken down by the smallest responses that should barrel even phase you. A leader needs to be a brick wall that is impossible to move by anyone. I greatly enjoy and appreciate taking on this role as I feel like I fail the most when I am doing the most.   Germany Reflection While taking the time to learn about Germany I was surprised by the facts that had passed by me while I had been researching. While researching Germany I had analyzed a ton of different information and when deciphering if it would be the best move to station our business there I had found it extremely easy to navigate through all the positives and negatives of the new expenditure. In all honesty as well I had truly no other intentions of choosing another Country for Germany has been such an established country for so long, there was no other better choice. When creating my video assignment I had found it almost difficult to create the presentation as there were just so many facts. Also as choosing this country I knew this would be a great next move. Staying Motivated in 2020

 Within 2020 there's been a lot that has happened and it has been hard to stay motivated.... We all know how tough it has been with COVID-19 as well as many major events that had happened just this year, not only just in the United States but Worldwide!  Even though these have been tough times,   Staying motivated has been crucial to taking steps to move forward in your everyday success... The real question is where does all this motivation come from? Routines! Meditation Relaxing Focusing Setting New Goals  Making a Routine:  Creating a routine will get you motivated to make a list of what to do.
